Jossart is headed to Washington, D.C.

Paula Jossart is headed to Washington, D.C. as an invited guest to speak at the American Association of Justice Headquarters in Washington, D.C., in its forum about discovery: Overcoming Obstructive Discovery.  The seminar will be presented by some of the leading trial attorneys in the country who routinely battle parties who delay and deny justice through obstructive discovery tactics.  Jossart will present on the topic of sanctions.  In 2018, the Jossart Law Office successfully received nearly $6 million in sanctions and a directed verdict against the BNSF in Kowalewski v. BNSF, following egregious obstruction tactics by the BNSF.  The sanctions are some of the largest in Minnesota and nationwide.
